This workshop brings it back to sport psychology basics. This workshop is like having your own personal sport psychology 1 to 1 consultation. This provides the attendee with a clear insight into achieving clear and motivational goals with a growth mindset.

The Power of Imagery
Imagery is a psychological technique which has demonstrated its effectiveness in sport through positively affecting psychological states, such as decreasing anxiety and enhancing self-confidence, self-efficacy and concentration. Imagery can help athletes to stay confident, focused and mentally tough.
